Qualified Social Worker, A Senior Mental Health Worker, Wakefield, West Yorkshire

A Senior Mental Health Qualified Social Worker Job have a requirement for a Mental Health Social Worker to join their team. The Qualified Social Worker job will be responsible for covering a Senior Social Worker Mental Health post based at the hospital working within the community working with Adults over 65's suffering from dementia. Main duties for the Qualified Social Worker job include:

support services provided for people with mental health problems in relation to risk, safeguarding and care planning
complete community care assessments
holding a caseload
complete referrals
working within a multi disciplinary team
