Hello, we are a young professional couple looking for a flat in Leeds. For the first few months, it will be just me (Giorgia) relocating from London to Leeds for working reasons and after the first few months I will be joined by my partner David.

We are looking for a nice flat in a quiet location, possibly around the LS6 area where I will work. We don’t mind walking, but we don’t want a flat that is too far either.

We are looking for 1 or 2 bedrooms, separate kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine (possibly a drier and a dishwasher) and bathroom with shower.

The range of price we are looking for is £400-500 per month and I would need the flat starting from January 2010.

Please let us know if you have anything available that suits our needs and if the price includes any bills.
