I have a large 2 bed house in Rothwell [cornwall crescent] to exchange for a similar in south Leds or city centre preferably.

My house has a good sized living room [17ft x 9ft], good sized kitchen area which had new units fitted 2 years ago. I have 2 decent sized bedrooms, one a little smaller than the other but both capable of taking double beds, wardrobes etc. The gardens to front and rear that are both spacious. I have a drive for private parking which could actually hold 2 cars. The house does require some decorating even though i have recently re-done the living room. However, there is no bath in the house, just a walk in shower room which can accomadate a bath should you choose to do so. All my neighbours are first class and so friendly. I have schools pretty close by and a morrisons 0.5 miles away. I am very close to the motorway network and 10 mins by car from city centre. Buses run every 20 mins to town and is about a 15/20 min journey. This really is a quiet neighbourhood with no issues.

I require a 2 bed property , house or flat considered and preferably with good parking facilities and good bus times into town.
