Reception Manager £17,000 Hotel Leeds
This new build, 3 star corporate property in Leeds is looking to recruit an experienced Reception Manager. Candidates who have experience working in properties with around 100 bedrooms would be ideal for this position.
Job Description
This opportunity offers excellent progression opportunities within the group and the chance to become involved as part of a pre opening team for this new build hotel. Your specific duties will include:-
* Ensuring your team provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests on arrival
* Ensuring guest security and safety
* Dealing with enquiries and complaints
* Monitoring guests accounts
* Cash Handling
* Dealing with reservations requests
* Obtaining maximum occupancy at maximum rates
* Assist in production of budgets
* Controlling wage costs
* Induction procedures
* Appraisals and job chats
* Staff training
Required Experience
* Experience of using Fidelio would be a significant advantage along with experience as part of a pre opening team
* Experience within a branded hotel environment is a necessity
Salary and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is £17,000. The posit on comes with a brilliant benefits package. On top of your basic salary you will be entitled to Healthcare, a contributory pension scheme, bonus and free use of the leisure club.
