Hi everyone as the title sugests i am at the bottom looking up im a 45 yr old guy who has had more than his fair share of crap i now find myself at 45 rebuilding my whole life i have no job no place to call home no friends and basically a crap life but i am determined to change all that. Anyone who reads this and are in the same dark place as i am in there lifes get in touch its good too talk.
