This is really a good room for us to live in, but I will move to my friends' house, thus this room should find a new tenant. Because of my hurriedly moving out, I will reduce the whole amount of rent fee by 5 pounds per month, which means one will save totally 35pounds if moving in at the end of this month. By the way, my contract is ending next 30th June.
