driving to Bulgaria via Europe looking to share the petrol negotiable on route there

Hi there
I have a lovely Zafira, lots of room, should be a nice drive, I have a smart and lovely little dog as my other passenger, he does not drop hair.... thanks goodness and is extremely friendly.... may need a bit of tummy rubing every now andthen to keep him quiet and a playing ball to keep him occupied :-)
Also if you can drive a bit that would realyl help but not a necesserty.

Travelling from Leeds, down to Dover.
Taking the ferry........ then depending on my travelling companion..... getting to bulgaria.

Thoguht if traveling through Calais- brugge (belgium) - brussel - aachen - koln (Germany) - frankfurt - wursburg - nurnberg - regensburg - passau (austria)- graz

Then here I could headto Itialy and greece then Bulgaria OR other direction through Croatia and macedonia and then Bulgaria
I'd like to go through Greece possibly but other than that I want to get to bulgaria as quickly as possible.
