Double en-suite room in stunning apartment in Headingley Inclusive of all bills (£500 pcm)
I am a 24 year old female professional with a room to rent in my apartment in Headingley. The apartment is brand new, really modern, split over two levels (so more like a house!) and in a fantastic central location. It’s just a few minutes walk from the Oak on a quiet cul de sac and is on the main bus route into town. The room is a decent size double, newly furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, triple wardrobe and bedside table. It has its own full en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over. There is a TV aerial point in the room and wireless internet access. Shared facilities include microwave, washer dryer, 42” TV with Sky & DVD player. There is plenty of on-street parking outside the apartments.
I would like to share with a non smoking young professional who is clean, tidy and considerate. Ideally someone who I’d get along with and would like to go out for a drink sometimes too. I enjoy socialising, eating out, music, going to the gym and cinema.
The room is available from the 26th July and rent is £500 per month including all bills (utilities, council tax, TV licence, internet access, Sky etc). A bond of £500 is also required.
