My client is a design and print agency. Founded ten years ago they have now grown to an over 50 strong organisation today, encompassing 3 distinct design divisions:
• Corporate
• Leisure
• Multimedia
My client provide a service in print and design, press, direct mail or new media. They offer a unique concept, all produced ‘in house’, with the aim of providing you with that all important ‘WOW’ factor.
With a 25 strong in-house design team of copywriters, print and web designers, new media experts and illustrators they guarantee the service levels that businesses needs. Four pro-active account managers are available for face-to-face briefings (either in-house or at the clients’ premises), while an eight strong administration team deliver a focused customer care service, encompassing accounts (queries and collection), job status and deliveries.
They are the market leaders in their area and are now looking to bring an experienced account manager to manage one of their biggest and most important accounts for the biggest restaurant chain in the UK. You will be liaising with the client themselves and the internal team of designers, developers and other account managers.
Experience in dealing with big national clients at multiple venues with multiple design requirements is needed. You must have a proven track record in doing this. If you have experience dealing with clients and accounts in the retail industry this would be a massive bonus. As 'the face' of the company you must be very personable, outgoing and have great communication skills.
Salary 25k+, company car (TBC) and mobile provided.
