We're looking for someone to share the rent for the next few months! It's a great house in a nice neighbourhood, about 15 minute drive into town. We have:

- loads of space
- nice kitchen
- big patio and nice back garden
- large garage (plenty of storage space)
- large lounge
- dining room
- converted attic space

We also have:

- Basic Sky TV
- Wireless broadband

The room is at the front of the house with a 3/4 bed and a wardrobe. It is quite small (hence the rent) but it's

- perfectly adequate for one person, and
- there is plenty of storage space elsewhere in the house, and
- the communal areas (lounge, kitchen, garden) are all nice, and
- we're nice housemates so you don't need to hide in your room!
