4 Bedroom house exchange wanted for my 3 bedroom council house. I have a 3 bedroom house in Whinmoor, Coal Road area (about 1 min in car from Wetherby Road). My house is a large 3 bed house, 2 double bedrooms an a single 3rd bedroom. Bathroom with bath, toilet an shower upstairs and a guest toilet downstairs. Very large through lounge with plenty of space for a dining area, decorated in neutral coulours and has real wood laminate flooring. Good sized kitchen which was newly fitted 6 months ago. Bedrooms have built in wardrobes so plenty of storage space. New carpets to all bedrooms an stairs which I would be willing to leave. Good sized gardens to front and back of the house. Also have central heating, new doors an windows. Only a few mins walk to doctors, shops, schools, buses etc. Only wanting an exchange as I really need an extra bedroom.
