We are a growing Community Care Agency based in the Five Towns area and we want a Senior Community Home Carer to join our team. This is your opportunity to join a business with an exceptional reputation, specialising in the community care market. You will be highly organised, able to deal with pressure, capable of multitasking and have great IT skills. In addition you will be warm, friendly and confident while dealing with people in an empathetic manner.
The successful candidate will be responsible for training and coaching our Community Home Carers who deliver care to our Service Users out in the community. You will also be responsible for completing quality audits, risk assessments and putting together person centre care plans for our service users. You will also be covering our on-call system on a rotational basis, provide emergency cover and normally work one day out of five in the office with the rest of the home care team.
You will be rewarded with an excellent salary of £7.37 to £8.36 per hour, 28 days holiday* and free parking. Our office is centrally located easy to get to and has good links with the M62 and M1. We take a different approach at AJ Social Care why not come and see?
