We are a clean, reliable and friendly family (couple and 1 young child) and both work full time.

We currently live in South Leeds but want to move to the Middleton area in the next year or so as we want to be in the catchment area for St Philips Catholic primary school before our daughter gets to that age.

Musts for the property are double glazing, central heating and an enclosed back garden. We would like somewhere with a decent kitchen with space for a dishwasher and dryer (dryer can be put in external garage with power though).

It must be a LONG TERM let as we intend to settle there for some time.

Either a 2 or 3 bed would be suitable, and we would like to pay up to around £550pcm.

Want to avoid going through an agency to save on admin fees. Excellent references available from current landlord (been here 2 years) and previous landlord (5 years tenancy). References from employers and/or personal references can also be made available.
