2 3 bed property in huddersfield or surrounding areas

Hi there.

My name is Sarah.

I am looking for a home in a nice area in huddersfield ( preferbly near Dalton due to family being in that area ) but any house in a nice area in or surrounding huddersfield.
Hoping for a long term let. For me my partner & 2 young children.
We are curently in Doncaster. And would be on DSS until settled in and found work in the area. Also if you accept, only having the bond or 4 weeks rent upfront? Some landlords do it where you just pay the bond then the rent when the DSS is paid. Or where you pay the 4 weeks rent upfront and then the Bond over a few months? Anything like this would be an advantage, due to it coming up to christmas it would be hard for us to come up with both the rent & bond. We are a very quiet respectable family who would take great care of your home. A 3 bedroom ( or 4 ) is ideally prefered due to having 2 young children 1 boy and 1 girl.
If you think at all that you could help us or think you may have a suitable property for us. Please feel free to get intouch. Even if you think the house may be to far out. As we are open to moving to different areas for the right property.
