You will be responsible for:
* Developing and coaching a team of Candidate Resourcers and Service Consultants to deliver company KPI's
* The growth management of a portfolio of client accounts
* Building these relationships to maximise potential business
* Managing the recruitment and selection of a data base of excellent candidates
* Ensuring we maintain our excellent Care Quality Commission 3 Star rating

Candidates will have a strong recruitment background ideally in Social Care with the ability to drive their team to succeed. They will be pro active in working together with our sales team to maximise opportunities in developing new business. They must have experience of developing temporary and permanent placements though public and private tenders, PSL's and spot purchase. We are looking for an outgoing, lively and self motivated individual with the drive and determination to succeed. Applicants must have their own car and hold a driving licence. For the successful applicant this we will offer a OTE salary of £37.5k to £45k plus a £4k car allowance.
