Two large modern ikea wardrobes one with Full height Mirror and one double sized, Queen size double bed with comfy matress, bedside table, bookshelf, wall mounted 32 inch Samsung LCD TV.

Rent is £400 per month which includies all bills..and sky plus (sky sports) and internet. Minimum letting of 3 months required.

Tesco (Roundhay Rd) is within 100m, Roundhay Park only a 10 minutes walk and Oakwood Parade. The bus stop is only 200m away with regular services to Leeds City Centre.

This is lovely house in a great location. You will not be dissapointed and the 3 housemates are outgoing, friendly and fun, always up for a laugh and a night out!
