Trombonist wanted for Large Leeds-based Band

We are a Leeds based band seeking a trombonist. We consist of, usually, 12-16 members and have played in the UK and Europe. We play mainly a mixture of jazz, world, ska, punk and rock. Most of our gigs tend to be festivals but if you're looking to make money you'll have to join a smaller band!


The current personnel are a mixture of professional and hobby musicians so we're not necessarily looking for a 'stunt trombonist' however the ability to improvise will be an distinct advantage.

The line up so far is:
6 reeds (clarinet, 2 Alto Sx, 2 Tenor Sx, Bari Sx)
2 Trumpets
2 Trombones
4 Rhythm (Guit, Bass, Perc, Drums)

The main thing we need is commitment, availability on Tuesday nights to rehearse in LS6 (7.50-10 pm), that you have a trombone.
