Our client is seeking to appoint a new Software Account Manager, to take accountability for developing the business through outbound sales and account management.

The role holder will be responsible for managing a high profile business account, ensuring that the client is receiving the best possible service and also having the appropriate products supplied to them.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

§Taking personal ownership for the client
§Making a high volume of outbound calls to new and existing clients
§Suggesting suitable products to clients, maximising upon sales opportunities
§Generating business leads and utilising personal business strategy
§Using knowledge of IT to advise customers and provide sound advice
§Delivering excellent customer service over the telephone at all times
§Liaising with internal and external departments to ensure maximum profitability
§Resolving any issues that arise through client interaction

Skills required for this role:

§Substantial experience in an account management role
§Demonstrative cold calling and telephone sales skills
§Ability to build rapport and gain trust from clients
§Solid working history
