I am looking for someone to carry on a contract at Sky Plaza. £118 a week all bills, internet and gym included. I am willing to pay upto December so anyone taking on this room will only need to pay the last two installments! Room is very well furnished, ensuite, BRAND NEW for 2009, very modern.
Fantastic location, 5 mins walk into city centre, walking distance to universities. There is a shop just opened attached to the accommodation open til midnight. Car park opposite.
Very nice place to live, unfortunately I am transferring onto a course in Hull so I no longer need my room, would like to find a replacement asap.
