Collections Team Leader job - Leeds LS11. A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Leader to join the Consumer Lending Department of a major Financial Services organisation based close to Leeds.

The role will involve, leadership, performance management and development of the Collections and Recoveries team. You will provide the inspirational leadership necessary to motivate your team to meet and exceed delivery timescales. By building close relationships with staff members, you'll be managing and delivering consistent service improvements while dealing with queries from collections and recoveries agents.

Salary of £20-25k + Benefits including bonus potential, private healthcare, childcare savings, and a huge range of employee discounts.



On top of your sound understanding of the customer lending cycle and strong financial awareness, you'll also need to have team leader experience within a collections environments. You will also need the ability to make decisions on matters not covered by specific guidelines and support this with a good knowledge of collections and recoveries policies and procedures.
