A Deputy Manager is required for a 10 Bed Residential Home for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Challenging behavious in Ferrybridge, West Yorkshire. You will provide support to the Service Manager in delivering a service that enhances the quality of life of the people who live there and to ensure that all legislative requirements are met. You will supervise a staff team as well as managing the staff rota.
You will ideally have a minimum of NVQ level 3 or preferably above and be a natural team leader with the ability to prioritise your workload. Experience of working with Adults with Learning disabilties/challenging behaviour is essential.
