Faculty Finance Manager

 

The Faculty wishes to appoint a self-motivated and dynamic qualified accountant (CCAB or with exceptional relevant experience) with a minimum of 5 years experience working in a senior level finance position.  You will manage the Faculty Finance team and have key responsibility for the strategic financial management of the Faculty.

 

You will have responsibility for financial sustainability within the Faculty to include the preparation of a robust five year financial plan, budget monitoring and control, evaluating finances of strategic developments and providing sound financial advice to colleagues across the Faculty.  You will work closely with the University's Central Finance team and ensure that financial regulations and procedures are followed at all times.

 

An exciting and challenging role which requires you to possess strong analytical, interpersonal and management skills, a proven ability to direct and influence strategy and the ability to interpret, present and communicate financial information to colleagues in an enthusiastic and proactive manner.
