Innovative and fast growing specialist provider of networking solutions have an immediate requirement for a Development Manager to lead their expanding high calibre development team.

This is a multi-faceted role that will be challenging, varied, and ultimately very rewarding.

The role will entail leading a team of software developers working on the client's range of unique products and related services; coordinating the various projects and manage their integration into the company's products; as well as providing mentoring/support/supervision to members of the development team. This is a hands-on role and you will contribute to the analysis, design, development, testing and integration of software/firmaware. Technically, candidates should have strong development skills in C, Unix, Linux, Perl, XSLT, TCP/IP etc.
