The room is a big, nice, sun-facing room, with double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest drawers. The house is newly-decorated, very nice kitchen, bathroom, and a separate toilet. Everywhere is very clean. Even better is the house is just 5min walking to Leeds Uni. My contract here will be finish at the end of August, but my friend wants me to sign another house with her together which will start from July. If anybody needs a room for July and August, it's worth having a look at my room. If you like, you can renew the contract with the owner after August. The rent is 300pounds per month, including water, gas, electricity, TV, and internet.
