With an energetic and experienced brigade of eight, the ideal candidate will receive full training and support with live in accommodation also available.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be supporting all of the day to day operations of the kitchen, as well as preparing food for up to 200 guests in one of the many private function rooms. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for their specific area of the kitchen, and will work closely with the Head Chef.

Required Experience:
The ideal candidate will have similar experience as a Chef de Partie in hotels and would have worked in a structured kitchen environment. Experience with fresh ingredients is essential as is the ability to deal with quality conference and banqueting. Wedding work would also be an advantage.

Salary :
The starting salary for this role is £15000. Company benefits include possible live in if required.
