I have a double room fully furnished available to rent in my flat. It is on 2 floors with Velux skylight windows throughout. Just off stanningley road it's round corner from all amenities and on various major bus routes into city centre, which is about 5 minutes away. As well as 5 minutes away frolm universities.

I'm, 29, an easy going, sociable person who likes to keep the place clean and tidy. I do smoke but it is restricted to outside. There is a full wireless internet connection already installed.

I'm looking for someone tidy and sociable. I have no preference to gender as I get along with both. I've lived with lots of different people in my time so am used to it and have always got on well with housemates.

Really nice flat with a parking space. Well worth checking out.
