A permanent job in Leeds LS28 has arisen for an experienced analyst to join the capacity planning team for a large contact centre.

Reporting to the Capacity Planning Manager, the job description includes:

To develop capacity plans for resources through relationships within Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Training, Resourcing and group.



Responsibilities

Determine, agree and continually review the required inputs for capacity planning models to ensure accuracy and continuous improvement of the process.

Use model outputs to forecast the medium and long term staffing requirements across Sales & Claims Operations.

Relationship management of a range of stakeholders both internal and external.

Delivering and/or supporting business challenges where appropriate.

Requirements Proven analytical skills, preferably in a capacity/resource management environment.

Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and report writing.

Generate/manage and prioritise own workload and re prioritise when necessary
