PART TIME
* WEEKDAY EVENINGS - 4pm OR 5pm - 8pm +
* EVERY SATURDAY 8am - 2pm

Our client is a leading Financial services and Debt Collection company based in Leeds city centre.
They are looking for talented Part Time Collections Agents to make outbound collections calls to customers who are in debt.
The role is working Monday - Saturday, Part Time - between 19 - 22 hours per week.
Candidates will have had previous sales or collections experience and are able to work to targets and deadlines.

PART TIME TELEPHONE COLLECTIONS NEGOTIATORS - DEBT COLLECTION

LEEDS CITY CENTRE - FREE STAFF PARKING

£9,200 - £11,500 + EXCELLENT 6 MONTHLY BONUS + EXCELLENT COMMISSION

PART TIME - PERMANENT ROLE

SHIFTS ARE:
* MONDAY - THURSDAY 4PM or 5PM - 8PM
* FRIDAY 4PM - 7PM
* SATURDAY 8AM - 2PM

1ST 2 WEEKS INDUCTION TRAINING

DETAILS:

* Review delinquent accounts to determine the best possible resolution.
* Contact delinquent customers and assertively communicate to obtain payment promises from debtors.
* Follow-up on payment promises to secure on-going arrangements and firmly re-negotiate with debtors who have broken payment plans.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

SKILLS:

* Previous Collections or Sales experience is desirable but not essential.
* Previous call centre experience is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* IT literate.
* Ability to anticipate and resolve problems.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
