Housemate wanted by friendly down to earth guy.

Property is based in Crossgates, 3 bed mid terrace fully central heated , double glazed , neutrally decorated, Modern dining kitchen , large lounge, double bedroom with plenty of storage, bathroom being refurbed.

I am a professional guy early 40`s + am seeking a mid to longterm stay housemate preferred age range 35 - 55 male. I am intending to sell this property next year + would be looking at LS15, Ls14, LS9, LS12 + LS28 areas to move to but happy for housemate to move with me.

Price is negotiable within reason, anybody who is diy minded goes to the top of the list.
