Here is what you need to know!

The Room
Room available from 31/05/08. Average size room with double bed and furniture. Double glazed windows which opens wide for that summer breeze.

The House
Terraced house positioned on the edge of Headingley/Meanwood area. Washing machine, internet, George Foreman and big BBQ in the front garden. Only 5 mins walk from all the hustle and bustle of Headingley centre! Quiet street with friendly neighbours! Lots of parking available as well

The Flatmates
Depending on how long you stay depends on who you meet! Ben,28, will be there for the duration (self employed). Kate,24, is a Masters student and leaves us at end of August. Mike,24, is Architecture student on placement. He leaves for summer but returns in sept! All are laid back and friendly!

The Length of stay
We consider ourselves approachable and very flexible. You can stay as long or short as you want and no nasty contracts to sign. Max stay will be 15 months. Bond £250.

The Bills
Internet (£4 a month), Electric, Gas, Water..that's it. Nothing else. Split between three so its pretty cheap
