Hello,

We have one room spare in our five bedroom house in Headingley five minutes from the Oak and five minutes from Burley Park train station. The room is a good size and is £265 a month including council tax. Bills are on top and over the year average out to about £50 a month more in the winter less in the summer. We have wireless internet, shared bathroom and kitchen and free sky.

I have been in the house for over a year and the others have recently moved in September so we are still enjoying to get to know each other. We are all laid back and friendly and have enjoyed making house meals and trips to the pub. We are hoping to get someone who wants to spend a bit of time as a house rather than living separately.

I am in my third year of a social work degree, Steph is doing an MA in social work, Cherie is a third year disability nurse and Nick is working full time as a journalist. We are all in our twenties.
