We're currently speaking with a number of Gas companies in different areas throughout the Leeds area at the moment, with a look to appointing competent gas companies to carry out Landlord Gas Safety Certificates, and possibly carry out Portable Appliance testing and Energy Performance Certificates, depending on qualifications.

There is a set up fee of £149.50 per letting agent which is merely in place to cover our costs of securing the clients and guaranteeing the exclusivity of those clients to the successful gas company (average of 10 clients per engineer). The allocated gas company will then agree to complete the contract work on behalf of our clients and there is no addtional management costs or commisions taken, over and above the initial set up fee.
