We are a mid sized, stable and solvent construction and interiors recruitment business in North Leeds. Over the past four years we have built a successful business based on the core values of service delivery and a deep understanding of the construction market. In the four years since we started trading we have met all our growth targets year on year, enjoyed diversification of our service offering and brand, expanded our market penetration on a national scale, and worked with some of the biggest construction, interior fit-out, leisure and retail businesses in the UK. Our secret, we feel is understanding the market (All senior management are from trade related backgrounds), dedicated account management, organised candidate control and the fairest rates in the business.

Right now we are laying down plans for further expansion and development. Already we have a new operation based in London, in line with this successful installation we also want to develop a new Leeds based recruitment team. Brimming with talent and experience the new team will be forward thinking and creative. We want consultants with talent, business developers and account managers not afraid of tackling this tricky market head on.

We realise it’s a challenging market, however, we can offer you the space and time to develop your market, we're more interesting in laying successful foundations than immediate hits and as result you won't be hit with unachievable KPI's or a rigid management style.

The only criteria is you must be a consultant, a team leader or a manager with solid experience in construction recruitment, at any level, able to run and manage your own desk and time, and more than anything feel you want new challenges and a new way of working.
