Role: Store Manager / Retail Manager

Location: Pontefract, West Yorkshire

Salary: £16,000 - £17,000 + Performance bonus + wide range of benefits

As a result of their success and growth the company is currently searching for talented Store Manager/General Manager/Retail Manager to join their business in the Pontefract area . As the ideal candidate you will need to have the following skills and experience to be successful:

* Experience of managing a team of Retail Staff
* A proven track record in retail management
* Commercial ability to drive a business forward
* Knowledge of P and L management
* A history of hitting and exceeding set KPI's and managing your team to hit them
* Excellent customer service skills
* Superb business acumen
* Experience of managing a network of branches
