THE COMPANY
Established since 1982, this organisation works at the heart of the community providing housing related services in the utilities and compliance sectors. This role will be based at their Bradford offices and be working within the compliance division.

PERSONAL SKILLS
• Previous experience working within a Scheduling, Planning, or Organising a team of staff.
• It is essential that you have strong administration skills, along with experience of working within a fact paced environment and multitasking skills is a must. Team Player but be able to work on own initiative.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Word and Excel.

ROLE SPECIFICATION
• Working within the scheduling team.
• Prioritising the engineer’s work loads ensuring that there day is planned out so all work is complete.
• This is a very varied and fast paced role where accuracy is a must
• Liaising with internal members of staff and engineers
• Updating the in-house data base system, using the system to schedule routes and work loads
• Dealing with general queries.
• Good geographical knowledge is desirable but not essential.
• General administration duties

THE PACKAGE
• Salary up to £17k
• Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday – 1 hour lunch
• 25 Days holiday plus statutory days
