We are considering selling our little house, suitable for a couple or a family or as a rental property (continuously let 15years, currently £600/month, currently unoccupied). It would be available fully furnished to high standard as now, or part furnised, or empty, as you wish. My work has moved away and i'm following it, so no longer in need of the house.

Purchased 2003 for 112'000, valued 2005 125'000 and 2008 135'000, expecting to drop at leat 5% off that for market conditions this year, and of course no estate agent fees.
