I am in need of a 1 bed flat in the CITY CENTRE due to a break up.

Ideally I want:

Modern interior
Separate bedroom
White goods included
Part furnished (have some furniture that Id like to keep)
Car parking spot - A MUST!

I can sign for 12 months for the right place and can move in straight away. As I can sign for 12 months I would like a good price for all of the above - maximum £425.
