The Company
Our client are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator on a Temporary to Permanent basis.
The Role
· Assist the Financial Controller and finance team colleagues, as and when required in daily operations eg:Ø General Filing Ø ShreddingØ Distribution of monthly reportsØ Opening and distributing post, as and when requiredØ Update month end spreadsheetsØ General office duties in the finance team, as and when requiredØ Provide reception cover, as and when requiredØ Keep finance forms well stocked at various point of the schoolØ Assist with the Book returns· Assist the Financial Controller and colleagues, as and when required in daily operations eg:Ø Banking of cheques/cash (must be able to drive and preferably have own car)Ø Chasing up outstanding fees by letter and telephoneØ Processing applicationsØ Creating new recordsØ Logging leavers and dealing with all associated ledger/admin workØ Filing of both computer and paper documentsØ Maintenance of fee ledgers including keeping records up to dateØ Chasing up unpaid and cancelled direct debits by letter and telephone The successful applicant will need to have excellent Word and Excel skills along with previous experience of both Finance and Administration positions.
Salary & Benefits
£16,000 - 18,000 plus benefits
