Hello to all

So Leeds is full of indie, metal, Punk! Which is all cool. There are a few people out there that like the The Jam band stuff of Dave Matthews and their songs and style. Seasick steve and Ben Harper for their great lyrics, unique individual style and there kick ass lap slide riffs.

We are a band called Pocket of 3 and have been focusing on a new album and a great live set and sound. We have recently got a new bassist and a sax player. We are a blend of the above artist. I play a lap slide and we jam and build up songs whilst telling a story.
We like to put on killer shows and our new album is gonna be great. Leeds is quite clicky and we like to keep ouurselves underground and promote with the cooler crowd rather than in the same old leeds mainstream.
We are trying to get to the people who like this genre in music as fans in Leeds are few and far between. We want rock out for all who love this type of music and do FREE gigs for house parties which have always gone down well. (Plus i used to be a cocktail bartender so the drinks were also awesome)Come and have a listen to some tracks on WWW.POCKETOF3.COM.

The songs on there are our first tracks recorded over a year ago now but we have 15 other cracking songs we bang out live. We have a few gigs coming up and are reaching out to spread the word on our music. feel free to pop down and say hi and enjoy the music.
