Have you ever thought about trying yoga? Drop-in Iyengar yoga classes are held at Headingley Parish Hall every Monday and Wednesday evening:

* 6 - 7.15 beginners
* 7.30 - 9 improvers (should have at least 1 year experience practising Iyengar yoga)

Headingley Parish Hall is on St Michael's Lane, just down the street from the Skyrack. The postcode is LS6 3AW.

You can join any week.

£5.50 per class (£4.50 students)
