Customer Service Sales Consultants
ROLE: Customer Service / Sales Advisors
STATUS: Full Time / Permanent
SALARY: Salary from £13,375 per annum
HOURS: 35 hours per week / Shift Rota
LOCATION: Leeds City Centre
DETAILS:
Our client is a national financial organisation with offices based in Leeds City Centre. They are looking for a number of Customer Service and Sales Consultants May and onwards start dates. You will be dealing with inbound customer service calls, taking customer details and advising on products and services. You will be giving excellent customer service at all times.
Candidates MUST be able to provide 3 years previous work history and address details and must also be able to successfully pass a credit check screening.
Full training will be given on all roles.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
· Answering customer inbound calls and dealing with enquiries.
· Using the company computer database.
· Identify sales opportunities and inform customer of these services.
· Informing customers of products using the company script.
· Give excellent customer service at all times and present a professional image at all times.
· Be aware of the rules and requirements of the Financial Services Authority.
· Work effectively with all team members across the department.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Previous sales experience is desirable although not essential.
· Good keyboard and PC skills.
· Excellent telephone manner.
· Excellent communication skills.
· The ability to work alone and as part of a team.
· Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
· Able to provide 3 years previous work and address history.
· Able to successfully pass a credit check.
