My client have tripled in size since they began trading nearly 3 years ago and are keen to expand further in the next 6 months. If you are currently working for a larger consultancy and are fed up with being micro managed or like to work in an environment where success is truly rewarded then this is the role for you. My client are looking for self motivated and driven individuals who are looking to develop their career in a supportive environment. You must have at least one years experience in financial services recruitment - ideally in Life & Pensions or IFA/Paraplanners - although general insurance recruitment experience will be considered. My client offers a competitive salary and commission package and there will also be the opportunity for equity for successful individuals.
