THE LOCATION
If we had to describe where we are in two words it would be "REAL ITALY". The town is set 25 minutes from the blue flag beaches of Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto on the Adriatic coast and the National Park of the Sibillini mountains which is popular with walkers and hikers alike.
There are wide palm fringed promenades and a very good selection of seafood restaurants and cafe bars along the coast offering wonderful food to meet all budgets.
Eating out in our part of the region is incredibly cheap. Expect to pay about 10 Euros a head at the local pizzeria including starter, main course and wine.
If you have a big appetite we can book a incredible restaurant nearby where you will tuck into 10 to 12 starters, pasta, meat course, dessert, coffee, wine, liquors for about 18 Euros a head so you might want to have a very light lunch!
GETTING HERE
Our nearest airports and Ancona and Pescara, both of which are just over an hour away. Ryaniar fly directly to both of these airports daily from London Stansted and from Frankfurt Hahn.
Slightly further away are Rimini at 2 hours and Rome Ciampino at 2 hours 45 (the views on the drive from Rome to Montalto through the Apennines is just incredible)!

We are completely flexible on changeover days. If you would like to stay for more or less than a week we will happily accommodate you and simply charge pro rata for the number of nights of your stay.
