The house is rented from Oasis Properties (a two minute walk from the house). The two owners of Oasis are also the landlords of our property.
You would be living with 4 boys in their second year at the University of Leeds (2 Maths students, an English lit student and an Accounting and Finance student).
Therefore, it is a six bedroom house (three floors- no bedrooms are on the bottom floor), one toilet with bath and shower, , double-glazed windows and a large lounge and kitchen. We have got the landlord to make many improvements: new blinds are being fitted throughout the house, an alarm, a new suit and new laminate flooring in the lounge and a second bathroom will be fitted at the end of August. The landlord has also fitted a new kitchen.
