By managing the Collections and Recoveries team within our Consumer Lending department, you'll ensure Barclays' benefits from the most effective collections and recoveries actions.

What you'll give our customers
You'll provide the inspirational leadership necessary to motivate your team to meet and exceed delivery timescales. By building close relationships with staff members, you'll be managing and delivering consistent service improvements while dealing with queries from collection and recoveries agents.

What you'll need
On top of your sound understanding of the customer lending cycle and strong financial awareness, you'll need to have team leader experience and collections background. You'll also need the ability to make decisions on matters not covered by specific guidelines and support this with a good knowledge of collections and recoveries policies and procedures. Experience within a collections or recoveries environment will also be an advantage.

Salary - 20,000 - 25,000 plus excellent benefits
