Operations Manager £35 40,000 Hotel Leeds
This fantastic property in Leeds are currently looking to recruit an Operations Manager. The property is the flagship hotel for this nationwide group of hotels and is doing incredibly well. You will have the support of an excellent team of staff and the company have excellent development opportunities available. This is a quality 4 star hotel and experience within a large 4 star branded property is essential.
Job Description
This property has a very healthy turnover with the majority of its business coming from their Food and Beverage department and corporate business. The property is set in the heart of Leeds and encompasses a fine dining restaurant, bar, 200 plus bedrooms and conference facilities for up to 600 delegates. Within the role of Operations Manager you will be required to report directly to the GM and manage and motivate an extremely capable team of HOD's. You will be extremely effective in controlling costs and revenue and have had a background in Food and Beverage but also have a good knowledge of rooms revenue.
Required Experience
* You must have excellent people development skills.
* Previous experience within a city centre hotel is essential
* Branded 4 star experience is required
* This is not a suitable position for a first time Operations Manager
* You should have long term aspirations to be a GM for a large branded property
Salary and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is £35,000- £40,000 dependent on experience. Bonuses of 15% of your salary can be achieved and company benefits include 25 days holiday, pension, and group discounts.
