ROLE: Weekend Receptionist

LOCATION: Leeds / LS8 - Roundhay

SALARY: £6.25 - £6.50 per hour +
Paid Holidays + Commission Scheme

HOURS: Saturday 8.45 am – 4.00 pm
Sunday 10.45 am – 3.00 pm
Working 2 weekends on / 1 off

STATUS: Part Time / Permanent


DETAILS:
Our client is one of the largest property companies in Yorkshire, dealing with commercial and residential sales and lettings.
They are looking for a Weekend Receptionist based in their Leeds 8 office.

DUTIES:
• Reception desk cover.
• Meeting & greeting clients and vendors.
• Arranging property viewings with clients.
• Data entry of client details and following up viewings.
• Following up feedback to vendors and clients.
• Occasional property viewing cover. (Use of a pool car available).

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Good knowledge of the local area’s – Leeds LS7, LS8, LS17.
• Car driver preferable.
• Good organisational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible attitude / Confident and friendly manner.
• PC Literate – Word, Excel, Outlook.
