It is situated in a quiet residential area and has Gas Central Heating, Washing Machine, Double Glazing, Large Kitchen/Dining room, Lounge, Three Bedrooms, Bathroom with bath and shower, two toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs and a nice seating area in the Garden.

The room is available for immediate occupancy and is ideal for a Young Professional or Student. You will preferably be clean and tidy and not too noisy.

You will be a person that takes pride in their surroundings, someone that likes quiet nights in as well as going down to the pub now and again for a drink or a meal. Someone that likes to cook and have meals in while watching a Movie or watching Coronation Street,Eastenders or Emmerdale and having a glass or two of wine or three if you are adventurous.
