All rooms have lock on the door, both inside and out.
It is located close to both Leeds Met and Leeds Uni, and is good for shopping, bars, cinema, bowling and of course Hyde Park

Parking permits are given free from Leeds City Council.

Deposit £300 (negotiable)

Landlord has specified students, he wont allow DSS payments, only and no couples.

I am moving out as I am moving in with my partner, this is the only reason for leaving, and i am gutted.
