I've recently moved to London in september and I have two double rooms available to let in my house on Burley road. £300pcm with bills on top. I will still be using the box room a couple of nights a week as will still be working in Leeds Mondays and Tuesdays

I'm looking preferably for two professionals. Must be non smokers (clause on insurance) The house is furnished but some furniture can be stored if own is prefered. There's a nice sized living room with two large (and very comfy) sofas, Vigin Plus TV and 10MB secure WiFi broadband, a sizeable kitchen diner, large bathroom with shower and of course two double bedrooms!

There's off street parking that will easily accomodate two cars, really good bus links on no.49/50 main routes into Leeds, only 10-15 mins from the centre and the house is about 10mins walk from both Headingley and Burley train stations.
